Retail Training – We are proud to share that under our Retail Training Program, we provide opportunities to 30 young girls in each batch, offering them a one-month training that equips them to confidently begin their careers. 

From 2023 – 2025, a total of 200 students have benefitted from the program since its inception. The course is designed to cover essential aspects of retail operations including:

• Customer service and communication

• Point of sale (POS) handling

• Store management basics

• Inventory and billing procedures 

The training emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure.

Upon completion of the training, 70% of the trainees have secured jobs in reputed retail chains and outlets.

Many of our graduates are now contributing to their family income and experiencing increased financial independence and self-confidence.

Automobile Training – Over the course of three months, a total of 25 trainees in each batch engage in intensive, hands-on training designed to equip them with both technical and professional skills specifically aligned with the needs of the automobile sector. 

The training curriculum is structured to provide practical knowledge of automobile systems, customer service, workplace readiness, and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving—ensuring that the participants are industry-ready. 

Upon successful completion of the training, we support the trainees through placement assistance, connecting them with job opportunities in reputed automobile dealerships, and service centres. This end-to-end support—from training to employment—is designed to create a smooth transition for youth into the workforce.
