Child Rights & Community Development
This programme has a broader goal to ensure child rights and capacity building of community to raise their voices. We have reached more than 10000 persons through various interventions. Our efforts on the project “Child Rights and Community Development” have been going on since year 1998 with the support of Child Rights and You (CRY), New Delhi. We have initiated a new programme in Faridabad (Haryana) from June 2015. We have mainly working with Gosain Community people in Nangloi (West Delhi) and Banjara Community families in Prem Nagar (North-West Delhi). Besides, we are working in block-B, Holambi Kalan (North West) and Santosh Nagar, Kisaan Majdoor Colony and Dayal Nagar in Faridabad, Haryana. The programme is being implemented through organizing community meetings, stakeholders meetings, resource generation meeting, awareness generation programs, Staff Capacity Building and Trainings.
