Nav Srishti runs the crèche program since 1999 at Neb Sarai under the Rajiv Gandhi National Creche Scheme where it runs 2 Centers. The programme has recently being taken over by the Department of Women and Child Development under Restructured ICDS. Around 60 children of working mothers are presently benefited from the program. The objective of crèche program is to promote Early Childhood Development (health, nutrition, learning, care and protection) support.
We also expanded the crèche program with 10 crèches at Neb Sarai and 2 crèches at Hulambi Kalan in September 2015 with the support of Plan India and LICI CSR support that provides services to 360 children at present.
We are also running crèche programs at Ghaziabad and Gurgaon with the support of Mobile Crèches. We are catering 180 children at construction sites of labour families. We provide safe and clean space to needy children.

We provide children daily nutritious food and conduct regular growth monitoring and health checkups under the crèche programs. If child is found malnourished, we do counseling with her/his parents for proper care as well as we also provide additional nutrition support to children.All our teachers, helpers and supervisors are trained and they equally nurture, shower love, affection and care to all children without any biasness. Nav Srishti has its own Child Protection Policy and we strongly apply it.

We also conduct immunization drive, birth registration and parent’s awareness meetings regularly in area. Teachers conduct fun activities; play indoor-outdoor, excursion trip and important days’ celebration regularly with children.
