We are running vocational training and skill development for women and adolescent girls for promoting better livelihood at Neb Sarai. We are imparting trainings in trades namely Beauty culture, Cutting & tailoring and computer course. Cutting & tailoring:-  On 27th June, 2016, we inaugurated tailoring center with “The Rotary Club of Delhi Midwest” & “Singer India limited ” for women promoting better livelihood under the motto of  “Ek Nayi Pehchaan”. On 1st July, we started tailoring center with 20 students and the setup of 20 sewing machines, including 1 fashion maker machine.  This course has six month diploma and 3 month certificate by singer India limited. 400 women and girls completed the course with the support of “The Rotary Club of Delhi Midwest” & “Singer India limited “ and 35 girls and women  purchased machines from company of singer India Ltd. Availing 50% discount, after this 80% are  self employed and  financially support their families.

Beauty Culture:-  On 3rd December 2018 , inauguration of “ASMITA “ Beauty  Skill Training center ( SOUNDRAY KALA SHIKSHAN KENDER )  at Neb Sarai center with the support of INNER WHEEL CLUB OF DELHI MID WEST in Association with The Rotary OF DENVER , USA & MERRILL LYNCH WEALTH  MANAGEMENT , BOULDER , USA. By District Chairman Mrs. PREETI GUGNANI – Inner wheel Midwest 301. In the supervision of Mrs. Sonia kakkar (president inner wheel Delhi Mid west) and Mrs. Sushma Jain the Past president and editor of Inner wheel. In March 2019 the ORACLE showed support for beauty Parlor course for better lively hood under the motto of ” Beti Ko Padhayenge Desh ko Aage Badhayenge“.  150 students completed this course and 90% students are doing job and self employed till date. The students doing this course are so in demand that even before the course completion they are contacted by the beauty parlors for job offers.
