Nav Srishti is a Delhi-based non-profit organization working since 1994 towards empowering women and children, ensuring justice, and promoting gender equity in underserved communities. We are currently looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team in the following role:
Program Coordinator
Location: Nangloi, Delhi
Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in development work, preferably in women & child rights, legal aid, or community-based programs.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Gender Studies, or related field.
Skills Required:
- Strong program management and reporting skills
- Team coordination and capacity-building experience
- Good knowledge of government schemes and legal frameworks related to women and children
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
