Nav Srishti is a Delhi-based non-profit organization working since 1994 towards empowering women and children, ensuring justice, and promoting gender equity in underserved communities. We are currently looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team in the following role:
Para Legal Worker (PLW)
Location: Nangloi, Delhi
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–2 years in community-level work, especially on gender-based violence, rights awareness, or legal aid.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preference to candidates trained as PLWs or with experience in Mahila Panchayats, Legal Services, or working with survivors of violence).
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and community mobilization skills
- Basic understanding of legal rights and processes
- Ability to assist women and children in accessing justice and support services
- Familiarity with local context and fluency in Hindi
